Upon entering the club you will get 100 points of welcoming. From there, for every €1 purchase you will get 10 points that you can accumulate and use to get exclusive products and discounts.

From 2,000 points you can choose one of our skirts. And from 6,000 points you can get one of our jerseys with original and unique prints. You can also get other Calathea items such as the refillable training bottle or original watercolor paintings in watercolor and cotton paper 100%.

To see your accumulated points you will only have to access your account. In it you will find a section dedicated to CLUB Calathea in which you will be able to see your history of points obtained and prizes exchanged.
Click on the CLUB Calathea icon at the bottom of the page to access all your information (edit your birthday, transaction history, points earned,...)
When you enter the section for CLUB Calathea, an information bar will appear at the bottom of the website with your points. Clicking on it will bring up a window with several tabs and one that says “claim“.
Open it and discover the gifts you can access with your points! You will get a code to apply before finalizing your purchase.
If you still don't have enough points to get the product you want, you can redeem your balance for a direct discount on the purchase. Go to your shopping cart to see the points available to redeem on your order.

All your purchase points and actions completed within our website or through the email you receive after making your purchase will be automatically added to your points balance. Shipping costs will not be considered for points purposes.
Points related to other actions, such as leaving a review on Google or posting on Instagram, may take a few days to be reviewed and added to your balance. We recommend that you contact us by email or by direct message on Instagram, to identify yourself as a member of the Club and to be able to add your points correctly.
You can share a post with a photo, video or reel that appears in your Instagram feed and in which you are wearing your product, don't forget to tag us @calatheadancewear. Keep in mind that the product must have a predominant position in the publication. Maximum 1 post per week.

No. There is no minimum purchase to redeem your points.
No. Shipping costs are not included. In the event that you redeem your points when making a purchase with more products, we will include your gift in the same order. If you choose the sheet painted in watercolor, the order can take between 2-3 additional days to the normal shipping period. We will try to have it ready as soon as possible!

Yes. The Newsletter and the CLUB are different things. To join the CLUB and be able to enjoy all its advantages, you will have to create a Calathea account. But when you create your account, you will automatically join the Club and you will be able to enjoy all its advantages.
Yes, both campaigns are compatible. Remember that the 10 % discount will only be applied to your first purchase.
In the case of returns, the points obtained with the product you are returning will be subtracted. In the case of exchange for another product, the points obtained will be adjusted to the new product purchased.
