Calathea can ship your order to Spain (Peninsula, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), Europe and a large number of countries in the rest of the world (Allowed countries are indicated on the web on the shopping cart page). We offer different types of shipping (standard and express) with different transport agencies, to see the shipping cost of each type you must enter the delivery address on the shopping cart page, there the different options and final prices will be displayed and you will be able to select the one that best suits your preferences.

We will not send any order before verifying the payment of the same. We will consider that the delivery is made at the time the carrier delivers the package to you and you have signed the proof of delivery. You must check and verify the condition of the delivered products, indicating on the carrier's delivery note all the damages that you observe in the package at the time of delivery. If the order does not show any visible damage, it is also advisable to open it and check it within a maximum period of 24 hours.

All the delivery times indicated are for guidance only, although we will make an effort to achieve these deadlines. Delays in delivery will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation.
