RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Calathea offers exchange and return in all its products. If you want to change or return an order, you have a period of 30 calendar days since you receive it To return your order, you just have to notify us through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the order number and the email from where the purchase was made, andWe will contact you to manage the return.
The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received, new, without signs of having been used, without odors, or stains of any kind (makeup) and with all the components of its packaging and labeling. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

- custom orders
- gift cards
- Intimate or hygienic items, such as masks
Once we receive the order back, we will send you an email confirming receipt, and we will notify you about the approval of the exchange or refund, if the item meets the above conditions. In your case, the refund will be paid in the same form of payment of the initial order, within a period of 14 working days from receipt in our offices.
*Changes or returns cannot be made in any physical store that has Calathea products. All returns or exchanges can only be made online and following the steps that we will send you by email once you notify us the exchange or return.
FREE returns via courier within Spain!
We will send a carrier to collect your return at the address you choose**. We recommend you keep the courier receipt as proof of your return.
**Collection of returns valid only within the Spanish peninsular territory and in the Balearic Islands. The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and international destinations are excluded and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

The period for changes and returns is extended until January 15, 2023 for purchases made between November 18, 2022 and December 18, 2022.
